Robin Endres is an executive leader at the forefront of sustainable development, gender equality and women’s empowerment.. With over two decades of advocacy for marginalized communities, her work spans education, gender equality, community services, and microfinancing. She has provided strategic planning, communication expertise, and guidance on aligning with the UN Sustainable Development Goals to numerous organizations.
Passionate about global cooperation, Ms. Endres has led delegations to the UN Commission on the Status of Women, where she has presented on gender and sustainable development issues. She holds a B.A. in Latin American Studies with a minor in East Asian Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz, a Master’s in Public Administration from San Francisco State University, and an M.A. in Development Studies and Diplomacy from the United Nations Institute for Training and Research.
Her research focused on women's socio-economic empowerment in the Global South, particularly in relation to Corporate Social Responsibility programs and global climate change financing. Driven by her passion for worldwide cultures, Ms. Endres has devoted countless hours to mastering five languages: Mandarin Chinese, German, Japanese, Spanish, and French.
Ms. Baird is an accomplished educator, nonprofit leader, and fintech professional with experience across multiple sectors. Originally from Irkutsk, Siberia, she relocated to the U.S. in 1996 to study linguistics and has since traveled to over 70 countries. Her diverse background includes serving as a Professor of Linguistics at Brigham Yo

Fluent in Russian and French, with some Spanish, Ms. Baird is actively involved with UNA-USA Utah, Utah Global Diplomacy, and FuturEd boards. As Co-Founder and Executive Director of UN Women-USA Utah, she guided Utah delegations to the UN Commission on the Status of Women and played a key role in passing CEDAW in Salt Lake City.
Her academic credentials include a B.A. in International Relations focused on International Business, an M.A. in Applied Linguistics, a Master's Certificate in TESOL, and an M.A. in International Diplomacy and Sustainable Development from UPeace/UNITAR.

Natasha Welcome is a passionate advocate for creating inclusive and vibrant school communities. As an international speaker, education consultant, and ESL adjunct professor, she collaborates with multilingual schools to harness the power of language and teamwork in education.
With over 20 years of experience teaching students from more than 40 countries, Natasha has a deep understanding of diverse classrooms' complexities and benefits. She champions the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as a framework for fostering global citizenship, integrating them into curricular activities to enhance collaboration, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Natasha holds degrees in Early Childhood Education and Literacy Studies from the University of the West Indies, where she graduated as valedictorian, and a Master’s of Education in Teaching and Innovation from the University of South Wales. A certified TESOL educator, she is also a presenter who empowers schools to nurture globally-aware communities through the insightful application of the SDGs.
