Victoria Baird | Founder & CEO
Victoria is the founder of BluScope Consulting. Her career spans fintech leadership at LendingClub and Capital One, nonprofit board and chapter leadership with the UN Association and UN Women.
She holds a Master's degree in Sustainable Development and Diplomacy from the University for Peace (UN-mandated), and is one of a small number of US-certified facilitators of the SDGs 2030 Game.
Based in Utah/Florida and working inernationally, Victoria partners with leaders who want their teams — or their students — to think bigger, collaborate deeper, and build organizations that last.
